Today it is one of the many plastic surgeries that are performed for millions of patients worldwide, one of the most popular and desirable surgeries are facelift. With age, the skin tissues are accessible to gravitational ptosis, and this is one of the brightest signs of aging. With the help of the facelift it is possible to slow down the tissues and return youth to the face. The medical candidate, top plastic surgeon, has great experience in performing such operations. In an exclusive interview for doctors, they shared their experiences and talked about the features of facelift implementation. For the ร้อยไหม you need the best deal now.

You are doing a facelift today. How often do you have to perform such operations?

It should be noted that this is one of the most specialized operations in plastic surgery. Women vary in different age categories with different problems. Facelift has its own properties, can be done in different quantities. This applies to women of different ages. This is a fairly common operation that happens almost every day.

Do you pass before transplantation?

For full-volume operations, it is usually performed under general anesthesia, so the anesthesiologist assumes full responsibility for prescribing and anesthesia during the procedure. In some cases, patients need training immediately before surgery. Usually these are cosmetic procedures, skin cleansing, degreasing, improving tropism. Everything to facilitate is the next postoperative period.

Tell us about facelift properties after thread installation?

The threads are different. In principle, if the patient has already undergone some surgery and the fibers are such, of course, some tissue transfer has already been performed by this procedure. The impact on the skin’s skin layers should be taken into account. If some lifting is achieved by means of threads, it may be insufficient in some places. Thereafter, emphasis should be placed on areas not affected by the yarn lifting. All other operations are usually, typically and generally not fundamentally different from the main surgery.

If you see that these are obvious fibrotic changes, then in zones that have undergone exactly such atrophic effects, you must necessarily go to another layer in order not to damage the fibrous layers.

Experts have the ability to manipulate in different layers of the face. This is both the skin surface layer and the middle tissue layer a soft woven layer, usually a SMAS-flap. Experts can also perform sub periosteal lifting when the entire tissue block is lifted from the bone skeleton and then lifting. It is recommended that sites that have undergone any ischemia, scar, and fibrosis should not be subjected to secondary intervention, as this process will be difficult to predict.

Which facelift method do you use most often in your practice?

It is very difficult to answer this question because last year my monograph on face-lifting was published, describing more than 30 lifting possibilities. Of course, each has its own indications and limitations. Of course, there are operations that are performed more frequently: usually it is classic SMAS plastic, it is a complex surgery and again every patient, every face it is individual.

The task of a competent plastic surgeon is not to complicate things for everyone, but to do it in a reasonable, sufficient and relatively short and again adequate period of recovery. The recovery period can also be quite different, depending on the invasion of surgical trauma. Therefore, you need to balance outcome, operational risk and again the recovery period. The most important thing is to prolong the result, to what extent the result of this intervention will be maintained.
